  紅外一氧化碳分析儀用于檢測環境中一氧化碳濃度并提供預警。其采用非色散紅外線技術(即一氧化碳對紅外光譜的選擇性吸收)作為檢測原理,配備精密設計的光學吸收池和穩定可靠的電路,同時在軟件上采用修正算法對CO濃度進行修正,保證其在全量程范圍內有良好的線性度與較小的測量誤差。下面我們來該儀器的具體校準方法和開機測量步驟。
 

 

  紅外一氧化碳分(fen)析(xi)儀的零點校準:
  空(kong)氣(qi)中一氧(yang)化碳(tan)濃度(du)一般為(wei)0~2.5ppm。當儀器連續運(yun)行較(jiao)長(chang)時(shi)間后,會出(chu)現零點漂移,用戶需每隔若干小時(shi)進行一次(ci)零點校準(zhun)。用戶可選(xuan)擇氮(dan)氣(qi)校準(zhun)或催化校準(zhun)。
  當選擇氮(dan)氣(qi)校(xiao)準時,具體操作為:給(gei)儀(yi)器(qi)通入純氮(dan)氣(qi)(零氣(qi)),流量大約為1-1.2L/min,在(zai)“參數設置”界(jie)面點擊(ji)“氮(dan)氣(qi)校(xiao)準”。此時“剩(sheng)余時間”會(hui)開始進行倒計時,結(jie)束時校(xiao)準完成,“零點值”會(hui)更新(xin)。
  當選擇催化校準時(shi)(shi),具(ju)體操(cao)作為:直接在(zai)“參數設(she)置”界面點擊“催化校準”,儀器即開啟校準過(guo)程。此時(shi)(shi)“剩余時(shi)(shi)間”會開始(shi)進行(xing)倒計(ji)時(shi)(shi),結(jie)束時(shi)(shi)校準完(wan)成,“零點值”會更(geng)新。
 
  開機與(yu)測量(liang):
